When will I receive my order? 

For orders in US and Canada, the shipping is expected to take 3 to 7 working days. For the rest of the world we anticipate that your order will take 10 to 30 days to be delivered. You can track your order using the code we send you when we ship it.  

 

How can I have access to samples of your products? 

Although we absolutely guarantee you that you will love our products, we obviously understand that you would like to test it on your skin. In order to do so, we can send you up to three samples of different products. You can just send us an email with your request to infobiomakeup@gmail.com and we will be pleased to send you our products.  

 

What if the product I want to order is sold out? 

We do our best to give our customers the best experience possible and we work hard to avoid unpleasant situations such as running out of products. Unfortunately, there are some conditions which are out of our control and can result in product shortage. When this happens, we encourage you to fill in the contact form where you can specify the product you look for and be the first to know when the product is available again. 

 

What is the return policy? 

If you are not satisfied with your make-up product or the if your order is incomplete or damaged we accept returns within 15 days after the date you received. The product(s) should be unopened and in perfect original condition. 

The product(s) returned will be refunded through the initial payment method. For orders payed with ATM you will receive an email with an online credit, valid for 1 year at our online store. After the refund, the credit note that legally proves the return of the products will be available for download in your personal account. It will be made within 15 business days. 

If you payed by Paypal or Google pay the amount will be credited directly in your Paypal/Google pay account.
